To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and unwashed

It must be in its original condition and packaging

All tags must still be attached

We do not accept returns for:

Worn or used items

Items damaged due to improper use

Returns sent without prior approval
Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or product, please return the item and place a new order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. After shipment, you will need to follow the return process.
